SMP Islam Al Azhar 62 is the first Al Azhar secondary school in the West Surabaya area. Established in July 2025, this school is determined to become a leading Islamic school in West Surabaya. SMPIA 62 uses the National Curriculum (Merdeka), the Al Azhar Curriculum, and implements the Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint.
